The primary way to earn points is by paying trading fees through Hypertradeworx, regardless of the underlying venue. Points scale with fees paid, not just notional volume.

4.1 Trading Activity (Fee-Based)

To keep the ecosystem healthy, Hypertradeworx applies multiple layers of defense against toxic farming and abuse.

As activity becomes very large, each additional unit contributes fewer points, preventing runaway dominance.

Diminishing returns at extremes

Points are primarily based on fees paid, with diminishing returns and caps, rather than raw traded notional.

Fee-based, not volume-based

Opposing positions on the same market held at the same time do not earn, whether the legs sit on different venues or different accounts. Round-trip swaps and fee churn are treated the same way.

Hedged and offsetting positions

Self-trading, circular flows, artificial volume, and suspicious referral clusters can be filtered out from earning.

Pattern and sybil analysis

Seasons reset competitive scores, and edge cases can be manually reviewed to keep rewards aligned with honest usage.
