Hypertradeworx is a digital-native fintech platform. We earn through routing fees and referral revenue from integrated venues (perpetuals, spot, lending). A points and referral program drives user acquisition. The product is available globally via web and mobile (iOS, Android).

Meet the team

We are building the super-app for on-chain traders: perpetuals, spot, lending, private trading, NFTs, and games, across every major chain, from one non-custodial interface.

A unified home for multi-chain trading

Make self-custody trading as fast and simple as a centralized exchange, without ever asking users to hand over their keys. Traders deserve the best execution, strongest privacy, and full control of their funds, at the same time.

Our Mission

Hypertradeworx is a mobile-first, multi-chain trading super-app aggregating perpetual futures (Hyperliquid, Lighter, Ostium), spot markets, DeFi lending (Aave V3), an NFT marketplace, predictive markets, and a games hub. All non-custodial. Available on web, iOS, and Android.

Up to 100x leverage across 150+ markets on Hyperliquid, Lighter, and Ostium.

Perpetual Futures

Shield funds with RAILGUN zero-knowledge proofs. Trade privately.

Private Trading

Supply and borrow via Aave V3 directly inside the app.

Perpetual futures on pre-IPO companies, stocks, commodities, FX and crypto, routed to Hyperliquid, Lighter, AsterDex, Ostium or GMX from one order ticket. One non-custodial wallet, one USDC balance.

Anthropic, gold, Tesla, Bitcoin.

One app, five venues.

Seven asset classes, one USDC balance, one order ticket. Pre-IPO perps are quoted as valuation points and trade around the clock; stocks, gold and FX follow their venue's hours.

From Anthropic and gold to Tesla and EUR/USD

The web terminal and the Android app share one account, one balance and one order path. Positions opened on either show up on both.

The same ticker is often listed on two or three venues at different prices, funding and hours. The app shows every book it can fill on and routes the order where you choose.

How perpetual futures actually work

Our app does not rely on a single exchange or protocol to execute a trade. Instead, it routes orders to the best place(s) to fill them, based on price, depth, fees, and latency.

What it optimizes for

Think of it as a smart router for trades: it automatically finds the best execution across multiple venues so you get the best result.

A smart router for trades

Liquidity

Aggregation

Earn points through real trading activity, platform engagement, and consistent participation-not just deposits.

Action-Based Rewards

Diminishing returns on large volumes prevent whales from dominating. Every trader has a fair shot at rewards.

Anti-Whale Design

Regular traders earn bonus multipliers. Show up daily, trade consistently, and watch your points grow faster.

Consistency Multipliers

A points system designed for fairness-rewarding real engagement over wallet size. Your actions matter more than your capital.

Engage with multiple platform features to maximize your earning potential

Activity Diversity Bonus

Maximum points per day ensures no single user can dominate through sheer volume

Capped Daily Earnings

Larger trades earn diminishing returns, leveling the playing field for all traders

Logarithmic Scaling

Fairness Mechanics

Participate in platform events and achieve milestones

Community Milestones

Log in and interact with the platform to build streak bonuses

Daily Engagement

Earn bonus points when your referred users actively trade

Referral Network

How Points Are Earned

Execute trades to earn base points with fair caps per action

Trading Activity

Boost your points when your referrals trade. The more active your network, the more you both benefit.

Referral Synergy

Fair User

Points System

Abnormal patterns, self-referential activity, and sybil-like networks can be excluded to keep rewards focused on real, sustainable trading.

Anti-Farming Controls

Fee-based scoring with diminishing returns, daily and seasonal caps, and pattern analysis to make sure whales cannot dominate purely by brute-forcing volume.

Fairness-First Design

Your cumulative score that tracks how much you have genuinely used Hypertradeworx over time. Used for long-term rewards, tiers, and eligibility.

Lifetime Points

A resettable score used for leaderboards and seasonal campaigns. It keeps competition fresh so new users can meaningfully compete.

Seasonal Score

At a Glance

Consistency increases your earning efficiency. A daily activity multiplier boosts the points you earn from other sources.

4.2 Daily Activity Multiplier

Seasonal leaderboards showcase top contributors and power users over a defined period.

4.4 Leaderboards, NFTs, and Seasonal Rewards

Referrals reward real platform adoption, not signup farming. You earn when your network actually uses Hypertradeworx.

4.3 Referral Network (Two Levels)

4. How Points Are Earned

The primary way to earn points is by paying trading fees through Hypertradeworx, regardless of the underlying venue. Points scale with fees paid, not just notional volume.

4.1 Trading Activity (Fee-Based)

To keep the ecosystem healthy, Hypertradeworx applies multiple layers of defense against toxic farming and abuse.

As activity becomes very large, each additional unit contributes fewer points, preventing runaway dominance.

Diminishing returns at extremes

Points are primarily based on fees paid, with diminishing returns and caps, rather than raw traded notional.

Fee-based, not volume-based

Opposing positions on the same market held at the same time do not earn, whether the legs sit on different venues or different accounts. Round-trip swaps and fee churn are treated the same way.

Hedged and offsetting positions

Self-trading, circular flows, artificial volume, and suspicious referral clusters can be filtered out from earning.

Pattern and sybil analysis

Seasons reset competitive scores, and edge cases can be manually reviewed to keep rewards aligned with honest usage.

Seasonal structure and manual review

5. Anti-Farming & Fairness Controls

Hypertradeworx plans to introduce a native reward asset in the future. Points are expected to influence how that reward is distributed.

8. Future Rewards & Token Incentives

Hypertradeworx Points are designed to reward real usage of the platform, not balance size or speculative farming. The system is built to be fair, hard to game, and aligned with long-term product growth.

High-volume traders are a key audience for Hypertradeworx and are rewarded accordingly, but without compromising fairness for everyone else.

6. High-Volume Traders

No strategy should allow infinite or risk-free extraction of points. Abusive patterns can be limited or excluded.

Anti-toxic farming

Both casual and professional traders are meaningfully rewarded, and points help unlock future platform-level benefits.

Inclusivity and future alignment

Rewards are based on how you engage with Hypertradeworx, not with any single underlying venue.

Platform-first fairness

2. Core Design Principles

Points favor real usage and paid fees over wash volume or purely mechanical swapping.

Usage over raw volume

Hypertradeworx is a liquidity aggregation platform. The Points system exists to reward the traders and communities who actually use the product, help it grow, and stick around.

1. Purpose of the Points System

Eligible activity performed before the official public Points launch may be counted retroactively.

7. Retroactive Eligibility

The points system will evolve as Hypertradeworx grows, but the principles of fairness and transparency remain constant.

9. Transparency, Updates & Abuse Handling

Points are the main way Hypertradeworx measures and rewards your contribution to the platform.

3. What Points Are Used For

See your whole portfolio in one place

Stop tab-switching to track risk. Every position, balance and P&L across venues and chains in a single view.

All your positions, one screen

Balances and positions from Hyperliquid, Lighter, AsterDex and spot wallets merged into one consolidated portfolio.

Cross-venue aggregation

Close positions, adjust leverage, and monitor liquidation risk and margin across every venue from one place.

Position management

Liquidation and margin indicators surface exposure before it becomes a problem.
